By registering, vendors are committing to a two-day event. All vendors must arrive on Friday, October 16th, 2026, between 11:00 AM and 6:00 PM to allow adequate time for load-in and booth setup.
Early arrival to the venue is required on event days to ensure a smooth and timely opening for all participants. Please have your purchase confirmation with QR code ready at check-in with the event producer, IWS Events.
